Learn to surf in Taghazout Bay
Tamraght sits in the middle of Taghazout Bay, one of the best-known surf coasts in Morocco. Every morning our instructors check the swell, the wind and the tide, then take you to the spot that suits your level.

Beginner
Never surfed, or only a few times? We start on the beach with safety and technique, then you catch your first waves in the white water.
Improver
You can stand up. Now you learn to paddle out, read the waves, catch green waves and start turning.
Intermediate
You already surf on your own. We work on your technique and take you to the right spots of the bay for your level.
Surf all year. From autumn to spring the swell is bigger and more regular. In summer the waves are smaller and friendly, ideal for beginners.
A typical day
Surf, eat, rest, repeat

- Off to the beachWe load the boards and drive to the best spot of the day.

FAQQuestions before you book
I've never surfed. Is this for me?
Yes. Many of our guests are complete beginners. Your instructor starts from zero on the beach and adapts every lesson to your level.
Which days can I arrive?
Any day: arrival and departure are flexible. The minimum stay is 4 nights; the surf week is 7 nights.
What if there are no waves?
If the sea is flat or the waves are too big, we replace the session with a free trip to Paradise Valley or a visit to Souk El Had in Agadir.
How do I get to the house?
We pick you up for free at Agadir airport or in Agadir, and take you back at the end of your stay. From Marrakech, Essaouira or elsewhere we can arrange a transfer at an extra cost.
Can my partner come without surfing?
Of course. Non-surfers get the same room and meals for €120 less per week.
How do I book?
Send us your dates on WhatsApp or with the form below. We confirm availability and your final price. Then you pay a 20% deposit by bank transfer: your booking is confirmed as soon as we receive the transfer receipt.
How do I pay the rest?
In cash on arrival, in euros or dirhams.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel up to 14 days before arrival and we refund your deposit. After that, the deposit is kept.
What should I bring?
Swimwear, sun cream, sunglasses, flip-flops and a warm top for the evenings. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Do you cater for special diets?
Yes: vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free meals on request. Tell us when you book, and about any allergies.
When is the best time to surf?
All year round. From autumn to spring the swell is bigger and more regular; summer waves are smaller and great for beginners.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, free Wi-Fi in the whole house.
