Solo surf trip to Morocco
Many of our guests come on their own. A surf week at HoneyPath Ocean Retreat in Tamraght is an easy way to travel solo: everything is organised, you surf with others at your level and you are never far from help.
Why a surf camp works well when you travel alone
You do not have to plan anything: we pick you up at Agadir airport or the bus station, drive you to the waves every day and serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. You share lessons, the van and the beach lunch with other guests, so it is easy to meet people, and you still have your own space when you want it.
Choose your room
- Shared room: a bed in a bright three-bed room with its own bathroom. Our best price, and perfect for meeting other surfers.
- Private room for one: your own room with a private bathroom, for when you want calm after the waves.
Every room in the house has its own private bathroom, and there are only 11 rooms, so the house never feels crowded. See the rooms and prices on our homepage.
Your surf lessons
You join lessons at your level with certified instructors: 6 lessons of 2 hours in a surf week, plus free surf. Lessons are for beginners to intermediate surfers. Read our beginner guide to see how the week progresses.
A typical day
- 08:30 – breakfast at the house
- 10:00 – 2-hour surf lesson
- 13:00 – lunch at the beach, then free surf
- 17:00 – sunset on the rooftop, dinner and a movie night
Arriving on your own
Send us your flight details on WhatsApp and we meet you at Agadir airport or the Agadir bus station; the pickup is free with a surf week. Check-in times are flexible. See Agadir airport to Tamraght.
